Our guest for this episode is Lance Ignon, Vice President, Corporate Affairs at VaxGen, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company.  Lance has been both a reporter and communications professional -- as well as a former colleague of mine at Investor's Business Daily -- so he has a great perspective on this issue and offers some valuable insights.
