That's actually quite easy.

When you're on the podcast page, at the bottom of every episode is a "download audio file" link. Just right click (control click for Macs) and save the file wherever you want.

These audio files can normally be played right on your desktop by clicking them twice.

You can also use the flash player button at the top of each episode simply by clicking the play button.
