Gerry Adolph is a senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton and head of the firm's merger and restructuring practice.
Adolph brings a deep and varied skill set to this work. He has led numerous large merger assignments, including pre-deal due diligence assessments and complex post-merger integration work. In addition, Adolph has a great deal of experience in the areas of growth strategy, new business development and industry restructuring as well as leading assignments in technology/R&D and innovation strategy.
He holds B.S. degrees in both chemical engineering and organizational psychology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in chemical engineering from MIT, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Adolph serves as board chair for the Executive Leadership Council, an organization of senior African-American executives at major U.S. corporations. He is on the boards of the Archbishop's Leadership Project, a program for African-American high school students, and Helen Keller Worldwide, where he serves as advisory board chair for HKW's Childsight initiative. Adolph is also advisory board chair for the University of Michigan's Business School and serves as a board member for the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund.
